CHAPTER TWO: WHERE WE ARE TODAY

The New World Order has three interrelated components:

New Economic Order - controlled by the elite

New Political Order - global dictatorship

New Religious Order - New Age global religion

The plan is to have all of this in place by the year 2000.

An enormous amount of research has been done on this subject. Many documents, statutes, executive orders, books and periodicals have been studied. On occasion, there have been disclosures by insiders and breaches of security. We have learned enough already to make a cohesive description of the plan and to identify most of the individuals and organizations behind it. New information is developing so rapidly that it is difficult to keep up with it all.

Conspiratorial Groups

Many groups which are conspiring to promote the New World Order have been identified, as have many of the individuals who belong to these groups. Naturally, they deny the existence of a conspiracy. This is to be expected, as conspiracy to commit treason is a capital offense. However, the proofs of a large number of related conspiracies are overwhelming and more evidence is being gathered all the time.

These groups work primarily behind the scenes in great secrecy, so information about them is hard to come by. They have great influence over or even control of, the major news media and the major publishers.

For example, these groups are never mentioned on national television, in the major magazines, on the wire services or in the large newspapers. They don't even list themselves in their own encyclopedias, Encyclopedia Britannica or Encyclopedia Americana.

Because their cause is evil and their objectives unacceptable to the vast majority of citizens, they resort to half-truths, lies and deception on a massive scale. They deliberately create problems which upset the public, then offer additional governmental controls as the solution, leading us step by step into slavery on the global plantation.

Historically, these changes have been introduced very gradually, in accordance with the methods of Fabian socialism. It was observed that you can't cook a live frog by throwing it into a pot of boiling water, because it will jump out. So what you do is put the frog in a pot of cool water and turn on low heat so that the water temperature rises very slowly. The frog will remain in the pot and won't realize that it is being cooked until it is too late.

The conspiratorial groups usually have one individual or a very small group at the core, surrounded by successive layers of supporters, much like the layers of an onion. The further a member is from the core, the less he is told of the inner secrets of the organization.

Various groups typically have many members in common with each other and individual members form interlocking directorates with other groups, businesses, foundations and government agencies - the good old boy network.

Membership is by invitation only. Potential members must demonstrate a ruthless drive for wealth and power and cannot be squeamish about people they destroy. Most members are indeed very wealthy and powerful and tend to keep a low profile. Some are so filthy rich that they do this as a power trip for amusement. In this country, the vast majority are white males who are graduates of Ivy League colleges, especially Harvard or Yale, have a liberal philosophy and live on the East Coast, especially New York or Washington. Hence they are called the eastern liberal establishment.

The conspirators have been given various collective names by different writers. Among these are the Illuminati, the conspirators, the globalists, the establishment, the Olympians, the Insiders, the string-pullers, the controllers, the elitists, the cabal, the invisible government, the secret elite, the one-worlders, the internationalists, the Order, the lords of money and the eastern liberal establishment - take your pick.

You are aware of powerful people in your community who pull the strings of government from behind the scenes. The same reality occurs on the state, national and international levels, where the stakes are much higher.

In Chapter One, we identified some of the conspiratorial groups. Let's now focus on several of these and see what they are doing today.

The Committee of 300

Dr. John Coleman, a former British MI-6 intelligence officer, was the first to identify the Committee of 300 as the highest level conspiracy group. It is modeled after the British East India Company's Council of 300, founded by the British aristocracy in 1727. It was a very powerful organization even then, rivaling the power of many nations. Most of its immense wealth arose out of the opium trade with China, the revenues of which far exceeded freight revenues. The drug trade, primarily originating in the Golden Triangle in Burma and the Golden Crescent in the Near East, continues to this day.

After the Order of the Illuminati was exposed in 1783, the Council of 300 and Illuminated Masons continued its covert activities. The Committee of 300, also known as the Olympians, took its present form in 1897. Its innermost circle is the Order of the Garter.

Queen Elizabeth II is the leader today. Its members include much of the British royal family and many peers of the realm, including Lord Rothschild, as well as other European nobility and deposed nobility and many other wealthy individuals in Europe and America. Collectively they own businesses in virtually every industry, with particular emphasis on the oil and banking industries.

George Bush is a recent member. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II on December 20, 1993, as a Knight Grand Cross of the Most Honorable Order of the Bath (G.C.B.) for his leadership in protecting the ownership interests of British Petroleum in Kuwait during the Persian Gulf War.

The Roundtable groups

On February 5, 1891, Cecil Rhodes formed a secret society called the Circle of Initiates. Other members were Alfred Lord Balfour, Lord Rothschild, Lord Roseberry and Lord Curzon.

They formed an outer circle called the Association of Helpers, also called the Round Table Organization, which in turn formed larger Institutes of International Affairs throughout the English-speaking world. Examples of these are the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Great Britain), the Canadian Institute of International Affairs and the American Institute of International Affairs (which changed its name to the Council on Foreign Relations).

The Royal Institute of International Affairs

This organization was formed on May 30, 1919, by the British Round Table Organization. Its principal objectives were to first retake the United States as a British colony and then to unite the world under British control. It founded the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in 1922 and helped form the Council on Foreign Relations in 1921.

The Royal Institute's present headquarters is Chatham House, 10 St. David's Square, London.

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations

This group was formed at Oxford University, London, by the Royal Institute of International Affairs in 1922. Its primary mission was to establish a global brainwashing and opinion forming network.

The Tavistock Institute is the originator of the Aquarian Conspiracy, designed to weaken the nations of the world by encouraging drug use, free sex, homosexuality and lesbianism. It has been very successful in America.

It works through many research institutes and think tanks. The principal ones in the United States are the Stanford Research Institute, Rand Research and Development Corporation, the Institute For Policy Studies, the Aspen Institute, the Hudson Institute and the Brookings Institute.

The Council on Foreign Relations

This group was formed in 1919 as the American Institute of International Relations by the Round Table Group in the United States. ``Colonel'' Edward Mandell House, President Woodrow Wilson's mentor, was the principal founder.

When it became apparent that the U.S. Senate was not going to ratify the League of Nations Covenant, the globalists recognized that the United States was the most serious obstacle to their plan for world dominion. To meet this challenge, the Council on Foreign Relations was incorporated on July 29, 1921, using the American Institute of International Relations as its core.

In 1929, the Rockefeller family purchased the Harold Pratt House at 58 East 68th Street, New York, New York as the organization's headquarters, where it remains to this day.

The CFR began developing strong relationships with the Federal government, major corporations, international bankers, large law firms, tax exempt foundations, universities and other groups. Its members rotate between top-level positions in these organizations.

Before the United States was even involved in World War II, the CFR designed the United Nations. 74 CFR members were at the United Nations Conference in San Francisco in 1945 when that organization was formed. Among these were Edward Stettinius, John Foster Dulles, John J. McCloy, Nelson Rockefeller, Adlai Stevenson and Alger Hiss. The latter, who was our first Ambassador to the U.N., was later convicted as a Communist spy.

Today the CFR has about 3,000 members. It could be fairly called the eastern liberal establishment and the secret government of the United States. Presidential administrations change, but CFR members hold usually about 400 high-level positions in government, so policies change very little from one administration to another.

While the CFR conducts most of its work in secrecy, it does publish an informative bimonthly journal, Foreign Affairs, which is available to the public.

The Bilderbergers

This group is the brainchild of David Rockefeller, one of the leading globalists for many years. It held its first meeting from May 29 to 31, 1954, at the Bilderberg Hotel, Oosterbeek, the Netherlands. Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands was the host. They meet in great secrecy at a plush resort every year to coordinate global plans. There are about 100 members, mostly from Europe and the United States. They also call themselves ``The Alliance'' and ``The Relationship''.

The Club Of Rome

This group was organized in 1968 by the Morgenthau Group for the purpose of accelerating the plans to have the New World Order in place by the year 2000. Its name derives from the fact that its first president was Aurellia Peccei, CEO of Fiat Motor Company, which is owned by Giovanni Angelli, a member of the so-called Italian Black Nobility. It has no known connection to the Vatican.

The Club of Rome developed a plan to divide the world into ten regions or kingdoms. Region One is North America (U.S., Canada and Mexico), not coincidentally the NAFTA countries. Region Two is Western Europe, not coincidentally the European Union.

In 1976, the United States Association of the Club of Rome (USACOR) was formed for the purpose of shutting down the U.S. economy gradually.

In 1978, The Club of Rome commissioned Cyrus Vance, Jimmy Carter's Secretary of State, to write the Global 2000 Report. This is a draconian plan to drastically reduce the world's population by means of wars, famine, diseases, and plagues. The HIV virus and the AIDS epidemic became a part of this plan.

They also commissioned Zbigniew Brzezinski, Carter's National Security Adviser, to write The Technetronic Era. This was a post-industrial zero growth plan designed in part to cripple U.S. industry in order to prepare us for the New World Order.

The Club of Rome has always maintained very close liaison with NATO. It is, in fact, the secret organization which largely controls NATO from behind the scenes.

The Trilateral Commission

The Trilateral Commission was formed in 1973 under the leadership of David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski, primarily to offset the Arab, African and Asian power blocks in the United Nations and the OPEC nations which had set the oil embargo.

It is made up of influential people from North America (U.S. and Canada), Western Europe and Japan. It had 180 members initially and has about 325 members now. Most of the U.S. members are also CFR members and include George Bush, Bill Clinton, Alexander Haig, Henry Kissinger, Warren Christopher, James Baker and David Rockefeller. Noted British members include Prince Philip, Prince Charles and Baron Edmond de Rothschild.

Next, let's turn our attention to several organizations whose names are well known to the public but whose true nature and purpose are not.

The United Nations

The United Nations was created in 1945 to be a forum for discussing international issues and carving out international agreements, all for the purpose of promoting world peace.

The reality has been something far different. The globalists, who control the U.N., are using it as a vehicle to control the world. National military forces are being gradually transferred to the U.N. The blue-helmeted ``peacekeeping'' forces have been responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths around the world, especially in Korea, The Congo, Iraq, Somalia and Bosnia. The U.N. official in charge of military operations is always a Russian, in accordance with the U.N. Charter.

The Federal Reserve System

As we saw in the previous chapter, the Federal Reserve System is a private banking cartel which was designed by the conspirators on Jekyll Island. It is no more a federal government agency than is Federal Express, which is also a private company.

The stated purpose of the Fed is to give us a stable economy and a stable money supply. The Great Depression and all of our recessions since 1913 have been the result of intentional meddling by the Fed in pursuit of their globalist agenda. Also, the value of the dollar has shrunk to less than 10% of what it was worth in 1913, which is not a very impressive record.

Now in 1994 Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan has been racheting up the discount rate and the Federal Funds rate, using the lame excuse of keeping inflation under control. The real reasons are to keep the U.S. economy from growing and to put additional interest income into the bankers' pockets. Remember, money is one of the key factors in the New World Order.

The Internal Revenue Service

The IRS is probably the most hated agency in the federal government. It has a legitimate function of collecting excise taxes on the sale of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and certain other commodities such as gasoline, and of collecting income taxes from citizens of the Federal Zone (Washington D.C. and the U.S. territories). However, as we will explore more fully in Chapter Four, it has no authority to tax anyone's wages, nor any form of income of citizens of the 50 states.

The IRS is actually a collection agency for the Fed, the private banking cartel, with regard to income taxes. If you examine the endorsement on the back of your income tax payments, you will see that the money is deposited with a Federal Reserve bank, not the U.S. Treasury.

The IRS operates on fear and misinformation, using Gestapo-like tactics.

The Central Intelligence Agency

The CIA was created by the National Security Act of 1947, which also created the Department of Defense and the National Security Council. It had its origins in World War II, when it was known as the Office of Strategic Services under General William ``Wild Bill'' Donovan.

When the war ended, 350 Nazi intelligence operatives known as the Koelin Group were blended into its operations.

The portion best known to the public is the genteel Directorate of Information, which has been staffed primarily by Ivy League college graduates. Its headquarters are at Langley, Virginia, which is called ``The Campus''. This units primary function is to collect and consolidate information from other U.S. intelligence agencies, most of which are parts of the Department of Defense.

Less well known, but far larger, is the Directorate of Operations, which is involved in all sorts of clandestine operations throughout the world. This is the ``dirty tricks'' group which is involved in all sorts of illegal operations, primarily drug and weapons trafficking, political destabilization of foreign nations and political assassinations.

90% of the CIA's revenues come from ``black budget'' sources, mostly the drug trade with the Golden Triangle, the Golden Crescent, and Colombia and the weapons trade.

The CIA forms many companies as a front for its covert operations. The largest of these is Air America, which is one of the largest airlines in the world.

The CIA invaded Cuba in 1961, using the Special Forces units (Army Rangers, Navy SEAL's, etc.) assigned to their operational control. Support for the invasion was called off at the last minute by President Kennedy, resulting in the famous Bay of Pigs fiasco.

In 1963, the CIA and several other government agencies were implicated in the assassination of President Kennedy. This led to the Warren Commission cover-up.

In 1975, Senator Church conducted a Senate investigation of the CIA. It revealed a history of thousands of illegal operations, political destabilization activities and the killing of at least 6,000,000 people.

In 1988, the Iran Contra Scandal broke, revealing the CIA's drug and guns marketing activities and support of the Contra forces in Honduras.

In 1994, the Aldrich Ames spy scandal became known, as did the drug operations at Mena, Arkansas which have been going on for at least ten years.

Federal Emergency Management Agency

This organization was created by President Nixon's Executive Order 11490 on October 22, 1969. The actual author was his National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinsky. 21 earlier Executive Orders, including 10995 through 11005 issued by President Kennedy in 1962, were consolidated.

FEMA's powers were later expanded by E.O. 12148 (Carter, July 20, 1979) and E.O. 12656 (Reagan, Nov. 18, 1988).

FEMA is best known to the public as the coordinating agency for dealing with natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, tornados and earthquakes. Its efforts in these disasters have been disappointing in most instances.

More than 90% of FEMA's employees have been assigned to a different task however- namely preparation for civil war. They have been building an unknown number of underground survival bunkers for key government personnel, communications centers, civilian processing centers and civilian detention facilities throughout the United States.

Electronic Surveillance

The conspirators have been developing many high-tech devices in order to control every human being on the face of the earth, other than themselves. Let's take a look at some of them.

Every time you write a check, it is processed electronically through the Federal Reserve System. The government can reconstruct all your purchases whenever it wants to.

Every time you charge things by credit cards, the transaction is recorded. Big Brother can reconstruct everything you buy by credit card.

Cash purchases are untraceable, but transactions of $10,000 or more must be reported to the government. Bank tellers may also report smaller cash transactions if they suspect that you are ``structuring'' smaller amounts into bigger ones.

The globalists are moving toward a cashless society in which all transactions will be made by debit cards, with all purchases recorded at the ``Beast'' supercomputer in Brussels. Soon everyone will be required to have a biochip implanted in the back of their right hand (or in their forehead) in order to buy or sell anything. Christians call this the Mark of the Beast, as described in Revelations. It is already being used for some welfare recipients and some prisoners. The Infopet biochip is being implanted in many pets.

A national identification card is being proposed, either as part of a national health care system or through the U.S. Postal Service.

All 1990 series Federal Reserve Notes have a magnetic stripe which can be seen when held up to a light. These can be detected by sensors at airports and other places in order to identify people carrying large amounts of currency. Also, an entirely new currency is now being developed.

Many states are adopting new drivers licenses which have a digitized photograph and a coding stripe.

California is installing the Hughes Advanced Traffic Monitoring System on some highways to monitor all vehicles. This system will be installed nationwide by the end of 1997.

All cars built after 1984 have an electronic ignition system which can be shut down by electromagnetic pulse equipment such as the Jaycor Auto Arrester.

The Global Positioning System of low-orbiting satellites, which is presently used for navigation purposes, is capable of tracking any person who has one of the implantable biochips to an accuracy of a few feet.

The National Security Agency uses the AT&T telephone monitoring system. All telephone calls can now be monitored, including fax and E-mail transmissions. If any of 300 key words are used, a recording is made for human review later. Thus anything you say on the telephone could be known to the federal government.

The National Crime Information Computer is a network which links all government data bases. This does not sound like a threat to law-abiding citizens. However, recent crime bills have expanded the definition of criminals to include anti-abortion protesters, tax protesters and other ``terrorists'' such as militia personnel and Christian fundamentalists. The implications of this are rather ominous. Big Brother is definitely watching!

The News Media

For many years, the globalists have owned and controlled the national news media, including the television networks (NBC, ABC, CBS), major magazines (Time, Life, Newsweek, U.S. News & World Report), the wire services (United Press, Associated Press, Reuters) and major newspapers (New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, etc.). Furthermore, government news releases are carefully written by ``spin doctors'' to give the right spin to the news. As a result, we hear and see from these sources only what the conspirators want us to.

Please consider the following comments made by David Rockefeller, one of the long-time leaders of the New World Order, at the Bilderberger meeting in Baden Baden, Germany, in 1991: ``We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and the other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.''

``It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries.'' Clearly, it is impossible to learn the whole truth from the national news media, so what can we do?

The listings section of this book describe many newsletters, newspapers, and magazines which are part of the alternative press and furnish accurate, reliable information of interest to freedom-loving people. You may wish to subscribe to some of them.

Asset Forfeitures

Asset forfeitures are a large and growing problem. The McAllvany Intelligence Advisor reports that there are now over 5,000 such events a week or more than 260,000 a year.

Asset forfeitures are clearly unconstitutional. They are actually direct theft by government agencies under the color of law. They are perpetrated by all levels of government, predominantly by the IRS, the DEA and the FBI, but also local police and sheriffs.

Seized assets include money, bank accounts, cars, homes, retirement plans and just about anything of value. In 1993, the total take was about $800,000,000. In 80% of the cases, the owner is not even charged with a crime. Justice is out. Plunder is in.

Informers are offered finders fees ranging from 10% to 25% of the amount stolen, which encourages spying and lying. The government agency keeps the rest for its own purposes. It is almost impossible to regain the property.

Not satisfied with taking more than half of our earnings by way of taxes, the government stoops to this activity to take even more.

We created governments primarily to protect ourselves and our property from thieves. When the government itself becomes a thief, the whole system is upside down. The only good that comes out of this is a rapid growth in the number of dedicated patriots who are willing to fight to restore our Constitutional liberties.

Government Regulations

As government seeks to control every aspect of our lives, government laws and regulations are reaching oppressive levels. Every increase in government control represents a corresponding decrease in our freedom.

A September 1994 report from the Institute For Policy Innovation, a think tank in Lewisville, Texas, cited some sobering facts about the extent of federal regulations:

-In 1993, there were 126,815 federal regulators (bureaucrats).

-The Federal Register printed 69,688 pages of new regulations.

-Government spending on regulatory programs was $11.8 billion.

-The cost of compliance was $581 billion.

This, of course, is only part of the problem. It does not count the new laws passed by Congress, new Executive Orders issued by the President or court decisions. Also, it does not count the corresponding dictates of state, county and local governments.

Gun Control

The widespread ownership of guns in this country is the thing that the New World Order conspirators fear the most. There are more than 70 million gun owners in the United States and between us we own more than 200 million guns. Each new governmental outrage results in additional gun sales. In 1993, 4,029,945 new guns were purchased. In the first six months of 1994 alone, 5,110,337 new guns were bought.

The Second Amendment expressly prohibits any laws restricting our right to own and bear arms. Any purported laws to the contrary are clearly unconstitutional. The Founding Fathers knew that owning weapons is our ultimate means to prevent government tyranny.

The globalists have been putting out propaganda to vilify guns and gun owners, citing rising crime rates. In reality, crime rates are decreasing. Many studies have shown that guns in the hands of responsible citizens reduce crime, not increase it. The cities with the most restrictive gun laws have the highest crime rates and vice versa.

Military Activities

Events of the last decade make it clear that we are moving rapidly to martial law in the near future.

In 1984, Lt.Col. Oliver North, working in the White House for the National Security Council, helped develop extensive plans for the military takeover of the United States. Operation Cable Splicer is a plan to create a national police force, using the resources of the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration and to take over the administration of state and local governments under a system of 10 federal regions. Operation Garden Plot is a martial law program for control of U.S. civilians. Readiness Exercise 1984 (Rex 84) was a rehearsal of these operations.

In 1989, President Bush established the Multi Jurisdictional Task Forces (MJTF) and in 1990 he created the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (Fin CEN), both of which will soon be engaged in house-to-house search and seizure operations.

In November 1992, the Joint Military Contact Team Program was enacted. By its provisions, State National Guard and Army Reserve units will be sent to former Soviet block nations for military exercises and their units will be sent here. For example, California units will go the Ukraine and vice versa.

On May 3, 1994, President Clinton issued Presidential Decision Directive 25, which allows the President to transfer U.S. military forces to the United Nations.

Also in 1994, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Thomas Pickering addressed the National War College about the Multinational Military System under the U.N., setting up a global peace force and implementing Phase II of the Freedom From War program announced in 1961. He also stated that supporting this program was necessary for military advancement.

The U.S. Army Reserve was reorganized in 1994 to conform to the 10 federal regions on FEMA.

From April 22 to May 11, 1994, Agile Provider 94 exercise was held in various facilities, including Camp Lejeune, N.C., Fort Bragg, N.C. and Fort Chaffee, Ark. 44,000 U.S., French and Netherlands troops participated. Search and seizure training was included.

From June 11 to 23, 1994, Grecian Firebolt 94 Exercise was held at the Fort Indiantown Gap military base and detention center. FEMA agents participated with 10,000 military personnel.

The alternative press has been reporting sightings of foreign troops and equipment in the U.S. at an alarming rate. Why are they here? What are they doing? No one knows for sure how many foreign troops are in our country today but it is certainly many thousands and possibly more than 100,000. Many are believed to be located in U.S. military bases and in our national forests. In many cases, the Department of Defense denies their very existence until confronted with photographs or other hard evidence.

One final incident on this subject is worthy of note. On May 10, 1994, LCDR Guy Cunningham, who is working on his masters degree at the Navy Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, gave his Combat Arms Survey to 300 Marines at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California. The survey asked 46 questions to assess their attitudes on participation in non-traditional missions, U.S. vs U.N. allegiance and other subjects. The last question was the bell-ringer - how would you feel about shooting U.S. citizens who refused to surrender their guns? The results of the survey were not disclosed. One Marine was so shocked that he gave a copy of the survey to the patriot community, where it was widely reported.

Detention Centers

23 detention centers were authorized along with the Rex 84 plans in 1984 and 20 more were authorized in 1990, making a total of 43. These detention centers are intended to imprison U.S. citizens who refuse to go along with the New World Order. They are under the control of FEMA, and will be operated by the MJTF. which will also do the house-to-house search and seizures when martial law is declared.

A few detention facilities are well known to the patriot community, such as the large one in Beech Grove, near Indianapolis, Indiana, which Linda Thompson showed in her videotape, America Under Siege. Unfortunately, very little is presently known to us about most of the others. This is a good research project for patriots who live near any of the suspected facilities. Photographs would be especially welcome, because many people find it hard to believe that such a thing could be possible in the United States. Many people in Nazi Germany professed to be unaware of the concentration camps in Europe but they definitely existed as the survivors attested.
