We need not be concerned about the cost however because your friendly power company has been funded by a federal grant from the Department of Defense (?). Knowing full well that our government is trustworthy and has the needs of its citizens uppermost in their minds leads us to the conclusion that another load of meadow muffins (bullshit) is being delivered.
